Refund policy

All my services include a 20% non refundable or transferable booking fee and this includes payment in full by PayPal or Klarna, should you cancel or move your appointment 20% of what you have paid will be taken and the rest refunded. 
if your booking includes a POM such as Botox then a 50% booking fee will be taken.
