Anti-Wrinkle Treatment Consultation – Required Before Booking
Before undergoing any anti-wrinkle treatment at our clinic, all clients must attend a mandatory face-to-face consultation with our qualified aesthetic practitioner and our Nurse Prescriber, Alana. This ensures that your treatment is tailored to your individual needs, and that a prescription can be safely and legally issued in accordance with current UK guidelines.

During the consultation, we will:

• Assess your facial anatomy and muscle movement

• Discuss your desired outcome and treatment suitability

• Take a full medical history and complete all necessary forms

• Issue a private prescription if appropriate

💷 Consultation Fee: £30 (paid directly in cash to the Nurse Prescriber) on the day so please select cash on arrival at checkout.

Your pre medical questionnaire will be sent by email before your consultation and this must be returned before your appointment. so please include all details such as email, address and contact number on your account here.
💉 This consultation must be completed before any anti-wrinkle treatments can be booked. Once prescribed, your treatment will be scheduled at a suitable time.
