Dematting

Refits are strictly between 6-8 weeks 

6 weeks for fine or curly hair and 8 weeks for thick hair. 

if you are over either of this timescales you MUST book a dematting service to compensate for the extra time and extra service. 

dematting depending how severe is charge at £20ph. 

no appointment will go forward on the day without this service added on if there is found to be matting and you will be turned away, deposit will also be lost to compensate for lost working hours.
