Our Mentorship Programme is an immersive, multi-day training experience designed for practitioners who want to elevate their skills, strengthen their confidence and gain real clinic expertise across multiple treatments. This programme combines shadowing, hands-on work, business coaching and social media development to help you grow into a confident, capable and knowledgeable aesthetics practitioner.

Over the course of the programme, you will sit in on live treatments, treat your own models under supervision and take part in structured coaching sessions that cover technique, safety, client communication, clinic structure and personal growth. You receive personalised support, honest feedback and a development plan tailored to your goals.

This is the most comprehensive training experience offered at the academy and is ideal for practitioners who want to grow at a deeper level, not just complete another course.
